Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
